The 11th Annual Ocean Breeze Freedom Games concluded with day two of the event with the boys hitting the track! Colonie won the team trophy with 24 points after securing the win in the 4x400 with a new meet record time of 3:24.90!

Jevon Ledgister (St. Peter's Prep) set a meet-record 6.37 to win the 55m, while Alexander Acosta (Susan Wagner) set a meet-record at 7.39 in the 55mH. Bergen Catholic claimed the 4x200 relay in 1:27.32, also setting a new meet record. Charles Leune (Garden City) won the the 600m at 1:24.98, Owen Conley (Colonie) took the 1000m in 2:30.68, and Calvin Howard (Bethlehem Central) won the 1600m in 4:27.30. In the 3200m, Clay Stevens (Manalapan HS) crossed the finish line in 9:17.31 to secure the win.
Kane Poje (Tri-Valley) doubled up in dominant fashion, winning both the weight throw (70-9.50, meet record) and shot put (58-7). Jeremiah Davis (Connetquot) flew to 22-8 in the long jump, while teammate Alex Molter cleared 14-6 to take the pole vault. Maxwell Kimball (CBA Albany) tied the meet record in the high jump at 6-6, and Jalen Chapman (CBA Albany) capped the night with a 45-4 victory in the triple jump.
