As we celebrate our 10th Anniversary, Ocean Breeze proudly launches its new National and World Records page — a tribute to the extraordinary athletes whose performances have defined our legacy.

Our story of record-breaking excellence began in 2019, when Donavan Brazier and Athing Mu lit up the Ocean Breeze track with performances that captured the attention of the entire track and field world.

That February, Brazier powered through the 800 meters in 1:44.41, setting a new American indoor record and cementing his place among the world's fastest half-milers. Just weeks later, a 16-year-old Athing Mu stunned fans by storming to a 1:23.57 in the 600 meters — breaking the new American indoor record and establishing a World U20 best. The crowd roared, and in that moment, Ocean Breeze became more than just a venue — it became a proving ground for greatness.

Since then, 21 national and world records have fallen on our lightning-fast track, each one adding to the story of excellence that defines Ocean Breeze. From rising stars to world champions, every record set here is a chapter in our continuing legacy of speed, precision, and performance.
