2 Light impact designed to get your blood flowing, great for beginners.
3 Moderate intensity that will get your heart pumping for those a bit more advanced.
4 Advance classes with high impact or high cardio drive, for the more advanced member.
5 Highest level of training, be prepared to work hard and be pushed to your limits.
