Frank Mensah is the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex Member of the Month for July 2023!

Frank joined Ocean Breeze in November of 2021 and the 49-year-old has been a mainstay here ever since! Frank joined Ocean Breeze due to the size and convenience of the facility.

Frank said, "Ocean Breeze is directly across the street from the beach & boardwalk! The Ocean Breeze staff and fellow members are super-friendly & courteous!" 

"There are so many spaces to work out at Ocean Breeze, he added." Frank has been been working out for over 35 years & enjoys getting his work outs in today at Ocean Breeze. Frank is inspired by his mother Janet Acquah-Mensah everyday!

You might recognize Mensah if you're a track & field fan!

He was an All-American in High School and Four-Time All-American in track & field in college. Mensah competed at the 1996 Olympic Games representing Team Ghana, where he ran the 110 meter hurdles, finishing with a time of 13.74 in the qualifying heats.

Frank owns his own fitness nutrition company and in his spare time enjoys cliff diving, snowboarding, & zip-lining.
