Come learn, play and compete in the 2026 Flag Football Season. NYC Parks is hosting clinics, leagues, and tournaments for girls and boys.

Ocean Breeze will be sponsoring four flag football teams: 10U Co-ed, 12U Co-Ed, 14U Boys, 14U Girls

This is a 5 v 5 official NFL FLAG non-contact, version of flag football. Each roster may hold 10 players and a maximum of two coaches.

Practice takes place on Wednesday evenings.
