If you're looking to host your event at one of the premier indoor track & field facilities in the country, now is the time to lock in your dates.

All event requests—returning and new—must be submitted through the online rental system.
⚠️ Important: Requests submitted after May 31st will be reviewed only after all on-time submissions have been scheduled, so don't wait.
📋 Rental Requirements
(All items due by December 1st or two weeks prior to your event, whichever comes first)
- Signed Contract
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Broker Certificate
- NYS Workers' Compensation Certificate or Waiver
- Cleaning Deposit
- Payment in Full
