We are happy to announce that applications are now being accepted for the 2025-2025 cross country and indoor track & field season at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex! The online request portal is now open and will close on June 15th. All requests must be submitted through the online rental system for all event, both returning and new, that you would like to host at the Athletic Complex. Any requests not meeting the June 15th deadline will not be considered until all on time requests are processed and scheduled.
As a reminder when renting the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex the following is required and must be submitted by December 1st or two weeks prior to the event, which ever comes first.
- Signed Contract
- Liability Insurance
- Broker Certificate
- NYS Worker Compensation or a NYS Worker Compensation Waiver
- Payment in Full
We are confident that the 2025-2026 track & field season here at Ocean Breeze will be the best yet highlighted by the USATF National Indoor Championships schedule to take place on February 28th and March 1st, we are dedicated to making the facility/events more energetic, athlete focused and to increase fan engagement.
