Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex

Christopher Caropolo joined NYC Parks in 1993 where he has worn many hats over the past 25+ years including, but not limited to Queens Chief of Recreation, Manhattan Deputy Chief of Recreation, Greenbelt Recreation Complex Park & Recreation Manager, Recreation Center 54 East Center Manager, Asser Levy Recreation Center Deputy Manager, Asser Levy Pool Manager and Manhattan Borough Pool Coordinator.

He oversees all Maintenance & Operations & security for the 135,000 sq.ft. indoor Track & Field Complex including the 5,800 sq.ft. Horse Riding Arena and 110 acre Ocean Breeze Park.

Chris lives in Staten Island with his beautiful wife Leah and two children. He is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys watching his favorite sports teams the Oakland Raiders, New York Knicks, New York Rangers, and New York Yankees as well as coaching and cooking.
