CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
Morning Run
Running provides an efficient full body workout, tones the body, stimulates the heart and improves your sleep among many other perks. Whether your training for a 5K race, preparing to run a marathon or simply looking to male running easier on your body, running form cannot be overlooked. This class will provide proper tips to help you maintain proper running technique while getting those 45 minute morning runs in. All runners welcome and encouraged.
Teen Strength Training
The class will be designed to help teenagers gain overall strength and athleticism. The class will consist of multiple different activities that workout a variety of muscles. There will be a positive class environment that encourages the teen to succeed.
Abs & Core
A class meant to target strengthen core using foundational movements and various pieces of equipment.
Boot Camp
A full body workout with or without dumbbells which is up to the members. It is a mixture of strength and cardio training meant to engage the whole body increase bodily strength and heart rate.
POUND
This class gets you squatting, lunging and jumping for joy! This trademark Pound class is an exhilarating full body workout that combines cardio conditioning and strength training moves into one. Participants will be sitting & standing throughout the class working their core, cardiovascular fitness and toning their physique to the beat of the drumsticks. This is designed or all fitness levels and we provide the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, toning and having fun.
Full Body Burnout
A full body class using a series of equipment to increase strength and stamina.
Mindful Stretching
A fun low pace class that requires putting a body part in a certain position that'll serve in the lengthening of muscle groups and thus enhance its flexibility and elasticity.
Abs & Core
A class meant to target strengthen core using foundational movements and various pieces of equipment.
Cardio Jam
Cardio workout low/medium intensity plyometrics, strength training, and flexibility.
Power Circuit
This is a workout that involves cycling through stations of exercises to target each muscle group with high volume repetitions and low resistance weights. A variety of equipment is used to improve muscular strength and endurance as well as improve mobility and coordination.
TRX Toughness
TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise. TRX bands uses gravity and body weight to perform exercises to strengthen your core and increase muscular endurance, while providing a total body workout. This class has timed interval sets combined with TRX exercises and cardio moves.
Teen Strength Training
The class will be designed to help teenagers gain overall strength and athleticism. The class will consist of multiple different activities that workout a variety of muscles. There will be a positive class environment that encourages the teen to succeed.
HIIT
Interval training, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Total Body Stretch
A 45 minute deep stretch class that incorporates standing and seated positions to open and lengthen the muscles from all angles. A wonderful and important compliment to your regular exercise routine to help you stay injury and pain free.
Outdoor Fitness
Staying active outside can be a lot of fun and add more variety to your workout routine. Most high intensity workouts can be done outside with minimal equipment. An incline walk, stair climbing and running can be a great workout agenda. Just be sure to bring a mat for some planks and crunches. For the ultimate cardio burn, this 45 minute class with incorporate all the aforementioned.
Step-up Fitness
Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high intensity cardio workout without putting stress on the joints. Using the step benches, rises and weights throughout class, it's a matter of sculpting your legs and core to the max. It's a high intensity class that includes plank jacks, mountain climbers, pushups and chest exercises as well. You control the intensity by the number of platform risers you place underneath the bench! This class will improve your overall fitness by building strength, reducing fat and boosting your cardiovascular health, feeling on top of the world afterwards!
Sit & Fit
This fun class is filled with movement in and out of the chair! We incorporate resistance training throughout the class both when seated and standing while listening to your favorite oldies but goodies music. The class flow is designed to keep your body and joints moving in a whole new way. You can even practice some of the chair lunges in your own living room to keep your energy and fitness level up! All participants will be walking on the track two times during the class to give your chair a rest from all your Russian twists, arm curls, leg scissors and chair running!
Resist The Bands
A full body conditioning class that employs resistance loop bands to sculpt and tone the arms, legs, glutes and core.
Core & More
The class will contain a variety of core exercises that will help the attendee become stronger and more fit. All ages are welcomed and encouraged. There will be a positive class environment that encourages all that attend to try their best and succeed.
Muscle & Hustle
A full body workout with a mix cardio, strength, mobility, high intensity and low intensity exercises.
Balance & Stability
Low intensity this class is designed to improve balance and stability while developing muscles awareness to the overall quality of life. This exercise will aid in decreasing the rick of fall and injury while increasing coordination and strength in allowing participants to move freely and steadily.
Body Bar Blast
Hustle for the muscle! This weighted workout steel bar is covered with easy grip rubber and will be showcased in a variety of exercises throughout this class. The bar helps build body mass and muscle definition and is an excellent tool for sculpting and strengthening the core, upper and lower body. Participants will be sitting & standing throughout the class, running and crushing there fitness goals by the 60th minute.
Pocket Full of Poses
The function of balance and mobility training is to help a person feel safe when moving from place to place. That is achieved by performing exercises to increase strength, flexibility, sensory awareness, reflexes, and concentration.

Power Hour
For anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit-fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition. This gives you a total body workout. You'll leave the class feeling challenged, motivated, ready to come back for more.

Come learn the basics of comic books while using our imaginations to create our very own!! Whether you're a comic book fanatic or not (yet), all are welcome to have fun while watching your own creations of characters, stories, and art come to life to form a comic book that is made by YOU.
